Six residential estates ready to move in before July 6

ASTANA. June 18. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ Today Deputy Mayor of Astana Sergei Khoroshun has visited several construction sites of the residential complexes that were repurchased by the Akimat on the stage of unaccomplished construction. The Mayor's delegation visited five residential estates, such as “Favorit” residential estate, where 165 apartments were purchased by the Akimat and 74 apartments belong to home investors. The dwelling complex is to be ready to move in before October, 2009.

“Vostok” residential estate is being constructed by the “ISK ASI” LTD. Sales of apartments are stable here; the revenues from the sale have amounted to KZT 700 mln.

“Six estates will be commissioned before the Capital Day, July 6. Besides, the work on a range of facilities, built by “Zhana Kurylys” LLC will be accomplished as well”, S.Khoroshun said.
